These TERMS OF SERVICE govern your access to and use of the Zadara Services defined below provided to you by an Authorized Value Added Reseller (“Reseller”) from whom you ordered the Services (“Order”). These Terms of Service take effect when accepted by you or the entity you represent (“Customer” or “you”) in connection with an agreement between you and the Reseller, and establish a binging legal agreement between you and Zadara Storage Inc. and/or the local Affiliate from whom Reseller ordered the Services (“Zadara”).
