The Partner Business Manager will be responsible for identifying and enabling potential new partners and engaging with resellers on a high energy team that shares together to build significant business activity around implementing Zadara solutions within their customer environments.

Responsibilities

 

  • Understand partner business goals and help align their targets with our products
  • Ensure partner expectations are met by executing a strategic and tactical plan for growing Zadara’s channel business with the Zadara Field/ HQ Sales Teams
  • Build, implement, and manage a detailed partner plan that proactively assist partners achieve their sales goals
  • Create demand by leveraging marketing collateral, campaigns, webinars, and events
  • Provide support to partners through in-person and virtual presentations, accurate technical information, and updated pricing details
  • Develop communication cadence with both new and existing partners as well as with internal stakeholders
  • Consistently close business at or above quota by developing sustainable revenue for the organization

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business, marketing, or other technical discipline
  • Solid understanding of complex sales cycle from prospecting to closing
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work as part of a fast-paced team while demonstrating flexibility and initiative
  • Extensive knowledge of on premise and cloud storage
  • Prior experience selling enterprise software, SaaS, and or enterprise storage through a channel model
  • Strong hunter mentality with a proven track record of achievement
  • Proven experience accurately forecasting pipeline and delivery results

The Director Strategic Partners will identify and develop strategic partnerships. The role will be responsible for driving revenue within a defined set of targeted partnership accounts.

We are seeking a Director Strategic Partners who are excited to make an impact. We are a global and fast-paced startup and seek professionals who can take ownership and execute quickly. Our team share a passion for working with state of the art technology.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end strategic Service Provider partnerships
  • Define and execute on joint go-to-market strategic programs with Service Providers
  • Work across the organization (Marketing, Channel Sales, and Enterprise Sales) to deliver Service Provider programs
  • Understand technical requirements of the Zadara solution and educate Service Providers as to these requirements
  • Work closely with Service Provider teams to ensure they have to the tools and insights to successfully sell and close Zadara business
  • Meet and exceed both short-term revenue goals as well as long-term revenue potential by executing on a strategic partner development plan
  • Participate in and deliver results at QBRs with Sr. Management team

Qualifications

  • BA or BS degree
  • 10 years proven experience selling enterprise storage solutions, experience selling compute is a plus
  • C-Suite sales experience
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding quota
  • Strong ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven relationships with top management at Service Providers throughout the industry
  • Independent and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Previous experience in SaaS technology sales is a plus

  • Take ownership of level 1 and level 2 support operations for Zadara customers
  • Participate in training customers, as required
  • Track issues through to resolution
  • Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers
  • Perform operational tasks including but not limited to SW/HW installs, upgrades and more
  • Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
  • Document processes and update knowledge base
  • Escalate issues to the next level, as needed
  • Work closely with senior members of the DevOps and Engineering teams

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills including prior client-facing experience
  • Excellent team player by providing support when needed
  • Proven knowledge of servers, networks, and storage
  • Thorough understanding of Linux & Windows is a plus
  • Networking experience is a plus
  • Basic programming skills
